An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about December 12, 2011, And an order of this Court having been entered December 11, 2012 (M-4364) substituting Richard M. Greenberg, Esq., predecessor to Christina Swarns, Esq., Office of the Appellate Defender, as assigned counsel to prosecute the appeal, and continuing the poor person relief previously granted by order of this Court entered April 24, 2012 (M-523), And defendant-appellant having moved for an order amending the December 11, 2012 (M-4364) order of assignment to include the appeal from the judgment of resentence, of the same court, rendered on or about December 13, 2019, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the order of assignment is deemed amended to include the appeal from judgment of resentence rendered on or about December 13, 2019, and to assign Christina Swarns, Esq., Office of the Appellate Defender, as counsel to prosecute the appeals, and to extend the poor person relief previously granted to cover same, and It is further ordered that the time in which to perfect the appeals is extended to the September 2020 Term of this Court.
