Motion by the appellant to strike the respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 8, 2019, on the ground that it was not properly served upon the appellant. Motion by the respondent to deem the respondent's brief properly served or, in the alternative, to extend the time to serve the respondent's brief.
