Motion by the respondents on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 23, 2019, pursuant to CPLR 5519(c), to vacate an automatic stay of enforcement of the judgment, which is in effect, pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the automatic stay of enforcement of the judgment entered December 23, 2019, which is in effect, pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1), is vacated (see CPLR 5519[c]).
