Motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated June 28, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the respondent's affidavit setting forth (1) the respondent's full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income, and expenses, and (2) whether the respondent has been represented by retained counsel in the Family Court, and, if so, the amount and source of counsel fees paid to retained counsel in the Family Court.
