Motion by assigned counsel to be relieved of the assignment on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Queens County, one dated October 2, 2019, and two dated October 28, 2019. By order on certification of this Court dated November 19, 2019, as amended December 9, 2019, and December 12, 2019, the appellant was granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeals:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment, so much of the order on certification of this Court dated November 19, 2019, as amended December 9, 2019, and December 12, 2019, as granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals is vacated, and a letter from retained counsel, Stephen Preziosi, filed in connection with this motion is deemed a notice of appearance.
