Respondents appellants having moved for a further extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 24, 2013, and to continue the stay pending appeal extended by an order of this Court entered December 19, 2019 (M-8368), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to the September 2020 Term. The aforesaid stay is continued on the condition that the appeal is perfected for said September 2020 Term. ENTERED: April 23, 2020
