ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 18, 2020, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 18, 2012, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 29, 2013, is amended by adding the words "in connection with this appeal" in the second decretal paragraph after the words "further motions" and before the words "in this Court."
