Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 7, 2015, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 26, 2016, for failure to timely perfect, inter alia, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 7, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making any further motions in connection with this appeal in this Court without prior leave of this Court.
