Motion by the appellant-respondent on an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 25, 2017, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 21, 2019, which granted a motion by Rieger & Fried, LLP, for leave to withdraw as his counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
