| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants-respondents on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 13, 2019, to direct the respondent-appellant to pay a one-half share of the cost of the joint record on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before May 20, 2020, the respondent-appellant shall pay a one-half share of the cost of the joint record on appeal (22NYCRR1250.9[f][1][ii]) and file proof of payment with the Clerk of this Court via e-mail to [email protected].
