DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 11, 2020, to enjoin the Nassau County Department of Social Services, Support Collection Unit, from taking steps to suspend his license to practice law and his driver's license, and garnish his wages, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, to direct it to immediately certify that there are no impediments to reissuing his passport, and to waive the motion filing fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive payment of the motion filing fee is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed.
