DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 21, 2020, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Manuel R. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 25, 2019. By order on certification of this Court dated November 21, 2019, the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall comply with any scheduling order or orders issued pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]); and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
