In the Matter of Korah Z. G. (Anonymous), etc.

SCO Family of Services, petitioner-respondent;

Sandra W. (Anonymous), respondent-appellant.

(Docket No. B-11015-17)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Sandra W. from a purported order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 15, 2020. By order to show cause dated February 20, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 15, 2020, was issued in the above-entitled proceeding.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

SCHEINKMAN, P.J., COHEN, LASALLE and WOOTEN, JJ., concur.
