DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Diane T. Webster, counsel assigned to represent the appellant in the County Court, Westchester County, to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute an appeal from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, dated September 24, 2019, and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 19, 2019, which assigned Scott M. Bishop to prosecute the appeal on behalf of the appellant.
