Motion by the third-party defendant-appellant on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 4, 2020, and three orders of the same court dated August 7, 2017, June 26, 2018, and February 28, 2019, respectively, to stay enforcement of the order and judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
