DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 9, 2018, and January 25, 2019, respectively, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 17, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before June 3, 2020, the appellant shall (1) upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, replacement digital copies of the record and the appellant's brief that contain corrected covers which add Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-09919 to the covers, (2) serve a supplemental record which contains the papers constituting the record for the appeal from the order entered January 25, 2019, that are not contained in the record originally filed in connection with the appeal from the order entered August 9, 2018, (3) serve a supplemental appellant's brief raising issues concerning the order entered January 25, 2019, (4) upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, digital copies of the supplemental record and supplemental appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and (5) file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record and supplemental appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
