Motion by the nonparty-appellant-respondent Vincent Piccone on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 22, 2018, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of his appeal, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Separate motion by the nonparty-appellant Jerome Grigoli, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, in effect, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of his appeal, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
