Motion by Chaiten M. for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated January 8, 2020, and February 13, 2020, respectively, and to stay enforcement of the orders pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that enforcement of the orders dated January 8, 2020, and February 13, 2020, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
