DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, in effect, to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 11, 2017, to include a Workers' Compensation Board decision dated January 6, 1994, and two letters dated November 20, 2015, and November 27, 2015, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the subject material is properly part of the record.
