DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant-respondent to consolidate appeals and cross appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 31, 2018, and an order of the same court also dated August 31, 2018, with an appeal from a money judgment of the same court dated February 28, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals and cross appeals from the judgment and the order dated August 31, 2018, are consolidated with the appeal from the money judgment dated February 28, 2019, the joint appendices and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the judgment and the order are deemed also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the money judgment, and on or before June 8, 2020, the parties shall submit corrected covers for the copies of the joint appendices and briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court in connection with the appeals from the judgment and the order that also contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-04027, and upload digital copies of the appendices and briefs through the digital portal on this Court's website that contain the corrected covers, and the appellant-respondent shall serve, upload a digital copy through the digital portal on this Court's website of, and file with the Clerk of the Court an original and five hard copies of, a supplemental record containing the money judgment and the notice of appeal from the money judgment; if the Clerk of the Court is unavailable to accept filing of the supplemental record, then the appellant-respondent shall file the original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
