Motion by the respondent to recall and vacate a decision and order of this Court dated November 20, 2019, which determined an appeal from an amended order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 9, 2019, and to recalendar oral argument of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order of this Court dated November 20, 2019 (Matter of Abramson v Hasson, 177 AD3d 869), is recalled and vacated, and the appeal shall be recalendared for argument.
