Motion by Scott Mitchell Unger, inter alia, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated March 10, 2020, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2020-02907 and 2020-02909, to stay, vacate, or reverse the order on appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-02907, pending hearing and determination of the appeal therefrom, and for leave to appeal to this Court from the order on appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-02909.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
