| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 5, 2019, and November 22, 2019, respectively, to stay enforcement of the order dated September 5, 2019, pending hearing and determination of the appeal therefrom, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
