DECISION & ORDER ON
MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Michael Gerard Grimm for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Grimm was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 23, 2002. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 15, 2015, Mr. Grimm was immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90(4)(f) based on his conviction of a serious crime. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 17, 2017, Mr. Grimm was suspended from the practice of law for a period of four years, with credit for the time elapsed under the order of suspension.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon submission of proof of the resolution of Mr. Grimm's outstanding tax liabilities.
