In the Matter of Robert Michael Ibraham, a disbarred attorney.
(Attorney Registration No. 3906112)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Robert Michael Ibraham for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Ibraham was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 10, 2001. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 13, 2013, Mr. Ibraham was disbarred upon his conviction of multiple felonies, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselor-at-law to reflect his automatic disbarment on January 11, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Robert Michael Ibraham does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
SCHEINKMAN, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and COHEN, JJ., concur.
