Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered May 16, 2013.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated May 11, 2020, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the time of the appellant, Edward Molina to serve and file a reply brief in the above-entitled matter the date "May 18, 2020," and substituting therefor the date "May 26, 2020."
