DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent-appellant, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain documents on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 16, 2019, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before July 14, 2020, the respondent-appellant shall serve the supplemental record containing the documents set forth in paragraph one of the affirmation of Bryan Barenbaum dated January 27, 2020, filed in support of the motion, and the respondent-appellant's brief and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record and the respondent-appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record and the respondent-appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
