DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants-respondents Good Samaritan Hospital, Patricia Knight, and Mercedes Nunez to consolidate appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 23, 2019, with an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the same court entered January 10, 2019, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental joint appendix and a supplemental brief. Separate motion by the respondents-appellants to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellants-respondents Good Samaritan Hospital, Patricia Knight, and Mercedes Nunez and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the respondents-appellants' motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the appellants-respondents Good Samaritan Hospital, Patricia Knight, and Mercedes Nunez is granted, the appeals and cross appeals are consolidated, and on or before June 17, 2020, the appellants-respondents shall correct the covers of the joint appendix and appellants-respondents' respective briefs on file with the Clerk of the Court to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-00547, efile a replacement joint appendix and replacement briefs with the corrected covers, and serve and file a supplemental joint appendix containing the papers filed in connection with the motion for reargument that are not contained in the joint appendix, except that they may file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental joint appendix and briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court, and the appellants-respondents Good Samaritan Hospital, Patricia Knight, and Mercedes Nunez shall serve and file a supplemental brief, except that they may file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental joint appendix and briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents-appellants' motion is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a brief is extended until July 17, 2020, and the respondents-appellants shall serve and file a brief on or before that date, except that they may file an original and five hard copies of the respondents-appellants' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
