Motion by the petitioner pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 7, 2018, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a) and 1250.12(a), and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
