| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Jaime Baker to direct the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 13, 2019, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before June 17, 2020, the appellant shall serve a supplemental record containing Exhibits G and H which were annexed to the affirmation of Thomas D. Wilson dated February 25, 2019, filed in support of the motion that was determined by the order dated May 13, 2019, and upload digital a copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before July 17, 2020, the respondent Jaime Baker shall serve a brief and upload digital copies of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
