Motion by the petitioner, inter alia, to stay enforcement of a certain determination of an administrative law judge dated May 25, 2017, pending hearing and determination of a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 26, 2018.
