| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Marina C. John-Lewis, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated May 23, 2019, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Third District, entered September 13, 2017, and from an order of the same court, dated December 10, 2019, which determined her motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue the appeal. Separate motion by Marina C. John-Lewis to stay her eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeals to this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to stay the eviction of Marina C. John-Lewis from the subject premises and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to stay the eviction of Marina C. John-Lewis from the subject premises is denied as academic.
