DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to strike the appellant's brief, or stated portions of the appellant's brief, on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 20, 2018, November 21, 2018, and January 9, 2019, respectively, on the ground that the stated portions of the brief refer to matter dehors the record, and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
