| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 14, 2019, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered June 17, 2019, and to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the order and the order and judgment, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary, as the appeals have been consolidated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to stay enforcement of the order and the order and judgment and to stay the sale of the subject premises are denied, without prejudice to renew upon the rescheduling of the foreclosure sale.
