| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Regine Pointdujour Cabane, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 11, 2011, under the name Regine Daphne Pointdujour, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law back to Regine Daphne Pointdujour.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Regine Pointdujour Cabane to Regine Daphne Pointdujour, effective immediately.
