ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 10, 2018, and May 20, 2019, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated May 20, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 24, 2019, the appellants were directed to correct the covers of the copies of the record and the appellants' briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court to add Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2019-06863 and 2019-06865 and electronically file replacement digital copies of the record and the appellants' briefs that contain the corrected covers, and serve and file a supplemental record containing the order dated May 20, 2019, the judgment, and the notices of appeal from the order dated May 20, 2019, and the judgment. The appellants have not complied with the foregoing.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeals are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 24, 2019, by electronically filing an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court on or before June 29, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that service of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeals will be effected by uploading a copy of this order to show cause to the New York State Courts Electronic Filing System.
