| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the child to be relieved on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated November 19, 2018, and for the assignment of a new attorney for the child, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve the attorney for the child and for the assignment of a new attorney for the child is denied without prejudice to making a motion to compel the petitioner-respondent to produce the subject child for an interview, upon proper notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is extended, and on or before July 27, 2020, the attorney for the child shall serve a brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
