Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 24, 2019, inter alia, to reargue the branch of his prior motion which was, in effect, to waive the filing fee, which was determined by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 24, 2020, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and on or before June 29, 2020, the appellant shall cause the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]), serve the appellant's brief and upload digital copies of the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
