An appeal having been taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 14, 2019, And petitioner-appellant having moved for an injunction directing respondent to hold a single lottery unit located at 606 W. 57th Street unoccupied, or to leave the first position blank on the waiting list for said property, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
