ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal is held in abeyance pending determination by the Court of Appeals of the appeal in Matter of Froehlich v New York State Dept. of Corr. & Community Supervision, pending under Docket No. APL 2020-00019, and the parties shall advise this Court expeditiously when the Court of Appeals determines the appeal in such matter.
