DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated January 14, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, assigned counsel for the appellant, Shepard Kays, 228 E. Route 59, Suite 46, Nanuet, NY 10954, 973-300-1905, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:

and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended, and on or before July 16, 2020, the appellant shall cause the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]), serve the appellant's brief, and upload a digital copy of the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
