Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Dutchess County, both rendered October 12, 2018, and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellant making a motion on or before July 16, 2020, for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief.
