| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by 381-383 Huguenot, LLC, from a purported order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 6, 2019. By order to show cause dated March 10, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 6, 2019, was issued in the above-entitled action.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
SCHEINKMAN, P.J., MILLER, MALTESE and BARROS, JJ., concur.
