Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 3, 2019, on the ground that the record is inadequate, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the record to include certain material. Separate motion by the appellant to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
