| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 27, 2018, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated December 2, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals are consolidated and the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order are also deemed to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before July 6, 2020, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record that contains the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment via NYSCEF, and file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before July 6, 2020, the parties shall submit covers for the copies of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court that include Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-00284, and upload replacement digital copies of the record and briefs containing the corrected covers through the digital portal on this Court's website.
