| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Sheila J. Poole and the New York State Central Registrar to extend the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated May 6, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondents Sheila J. Poole and the New York State Central Registrar to serve and file a brief via NYSCEF is extended until July 6, 2020, and the respondents Sheila J. Poole and the New York State Central Registrar shall file the original and five hard copies of their respondents' brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
