Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 4, 2018, February 14, 2019, and April 15, 2019, respectively. Motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal from the order dated April 15, 2019, on the ground that the record on that appeal is inadequate. Separate motion by the appellant for leave to renew her prior cross motion to hear the appeals together, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2020. Cross motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal from the order entered February 14, 2019, for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the respondents' motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the respondents' motion is denied, on condition that on or before July 8, 2020, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record that contains the complaint dated May 10, 2016, and all papers filed in support of and in opposition to the respondents' motion to dismiss dated April 4, 2018, via NYSCEF, and file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied, on condition that on or before July 8, 2020, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record that contains all papers filed in support of and in opposition to the respondents' motion to dismiss dated July 14, 2016, and all papers filed in support of and in opposition to the respondents' motion for leave to renew dated March 21, 2018, via NYSCEF, and file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
