Appeal by Maryanne Maltese from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 24, 2020. Maryanne Maltese's application pursuant to CPLR 5704 to review the order dated April 24, 2020, was denied by this Court on May 22, 2020.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order issued ex parte (see CPLR 5701, 5704).
