| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 25, 2019. Motion by the respondents, inter alia, to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the record is inadequate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is denied, on condition that on or before July 23, 2020, the appellant shall serve a supplemental record containing the correspondence to the Supreme Court dated October 31, 2019, November 4, 2019, and November 7, 2019, and any attachments thereto, and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
