Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 15, 2011. Motion by Andre Bowers for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated August 26, 2015, which determined the appeal from the judgment. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 25, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
